Risotto of Wild Mushroom & Winter Truffle

SUPERB! To this day, I'm still dreaming about this dish. If I had to pick a dish to have every day of my life, this would be it! The restaurant is a Michelin Star and the price for the vegan menu is 100% worth it!

This is probably the best risotto I have ever eaten in my life. My partner to me to Galvin for our anniversary. The restaurant is beautiful, the service is brilliant and the food is just amazing. They have a fully separate vegan menu. You definitely get what you pay for.
