Rigatoni “carbonara style”

Pasta alla carbonara molto buona e cremosa. Consiglio questo ristorante, è tutto vegan.

This was pretty tasty. I would’ve called this more of a smoky Mac and cheese dish but I’ve never had carbonara so maybe that’s the same flavor profile. I really liked this even though I generally don’t prefer smoky flavors.
