I was set to love this since Reuben anything is my jam! But this was only so-so. The Russian dressing could have been sweeter. And there could have been more sauerkraut. My husband asked for more sauerkraut which the woman behind the counter graciously gave him and it improved the pizza greatly. As always, the crusts are the perfect balance of crunchy and chewy.
