Raw Millionaire Shortbread

Not usually a fan of raw cakes but this was actually alright. Was very datey and could have done with more chocolate on top 🍫

Fudge-y, caramel-y, rich, indulgent, without being overly sugary or sickly! SOOOO good. I tried this refrigerated and non-refrigerated - when it was chilled it was a bit less gooey, but I think the flavours are best are room temperature. I’d love to get this again!
