Ratatouille Knedlin

ratatouille knedlín (potato and flour dumpling), delicious and cheap! loved the aesthetic of the place and the fast service, knedlins are super fresh and made before your eyes

It was nice to have a vegan option at this dumpling spot, but probably would not go back for this alone. While this was on the savory menu board, and had vegetables in it, it was surprisingly sweet, as if the tomato sauce had added sugar. Not really my cup of tea. Size was pretty nice for an afternoon snack, and the dough surrounding the filling was delicious.
