Rainbow Soba Salad

Absolutely delicious! Since I discovered this salad, I’m constantly ordering it because it’s healthy and still feels so satisfying. The soba portion is a bit small but there’s plenty of marinated mushrooms, tasty tofu and salad. The dressing is exceptionally tasty too, maybe ginger based? Did I mention that I really enjoy it?

Love the salads at The Roots. The portion size is great and it’s very filling. Tofu is crispy! #jaan
