Rainbow lasagna

Not your usual lasagna, packed with veggies. Not bad at all but a little overpriced

The picture does not do this dish justice. This was on the specials menu and hopefully will be added to the main one. This was quite simply delicious packed with lovely flavours, gorgeous spicy tomato sauce with pesto on top. It was very filling too so no room for pudding which was just as well 😊
