Quinoa salad

Very heavy on the sauce which was probably why I didn’t really prefer this but my mom liked it! Fresh use of veggies

Nice starter for the 8-course set lunch (S$33++). Tasty greens with quinoa

the overall presentation was pleasing to one’s eyes as the colours were very playful and the taste was like fireworks in my mouth

First time trying quinoa, liked it a lot. Presentation also nice
