Quesadillas

Everything that I could have hoped for and more. Absolutely epic

These Mexican Quesadillas are super delicious and quite filling. Inside the toasted tortillas you find some fried beans, caramelised onions, roasted tomato chili, homemade cheddar-style cheese. It will served with guacamole, tomato chili and cashew cream cheese sauce to dip in.

Tasty and filling these make a perfect meal. Simply fabulous

I’ve had these a couple of times and they are so so good. Nutritious and yummy. The guacamole is amazing too.
