Quesabirria Tacos

Super Delicious and completely filling! Awesome jackfruit carnitas tacos with an herbed consommé for dipping. Tons of vegetables! Jackfruit, mushrooms, potatoes, onions, peppers and cheeze. The pickled onion & pico de gallo garnish added a nice freshness. These are probably best eaten right away in the restaurant straight out of the pan. They got a tiny bit soggy on the car ride across town but they were still really good! #tacos #vegantacos
