Purgatory pizza is one of my vegan pizza go-to’s right after PizzaNista.. today I wanted
their lasagna but they were out so I had to settle for a calzone. I wish I would’ve gotten it without pepperoni because I personally didn’t like the very meaty pepperoni taste.. you’re able to choose 3 toppings and I chose almond ricotta, pepperoni and basil. It was okay, I was really thrown off my the pepperoni taste for some reason. I wish I would’ve gotten mushroom instead for my protein. Anyways I love their pizza and pastas so I’ll get that from now on. Definitely a must try if you’re ever in LA! They aren’t exclusively vegan but they have a bunch of vegan pizzas/pastas/appetizers and ranch
