The list item of the menu, Psamathe (goddess of sand), intrigued us with the "chef freestyle." We ordered it only indicating we were vegan, and it turned out to be my favorite dish!! Topped with vegan bacon that tasted divine, the layers were a thick broccoli cream sauce, sauteed spinach, sauteed mushrooms and marinated tomatoes. Oh my Triton this was good!! The price seemed very reasonable for this custom work of culinary art: 12,12€
