Pozole Verde (Green Pozole)

Nothing like a warm bowl of pozole verde on a cold winter day! It has been a crazy few weeks for us and with 2 of us under the weather, picking up some delicious vegan pozole from Momcorn was the way to go! Filled with corn hominy, poblano peppers in a delicious verde sauce broth and toppings included on the side of red cabbage, diced onions, lime wedges, extra salsa verde and homemade tortilla chips (that I enjoyed in my coconut bowl)! Couldn’t ask for a better comfort food! Will be back for more! Staff super nice and friendly, they almost forgot to charge me !! Noticed they changed the interior and am truly loving it!
