Potato salad

Guess what? I'm going to be doing some work for Portia's Clintonville Natural Foods Store 📷 which means more Portia's food!! YES! Portia's has some of my favorite healthy food in Columbus. It's super healthy, #glutenfree and #organic. Most of the produce used is also grown locally, which is an added bonus. This was a good $4 side dish. It has potatoes smothered in a housemade creamy dressing with shaved carrots, cabbage and local sprouts. It was really flavorful. I like potato salad that has a creamyness but still more on the vinegarette side. The added veggies were also a nice touch and added some crunch to the dish. #veganfortheanimals #abillionlove #veganprotein #potatolover #yummy

This potato salad was delicious!!! It has celery, pickles, vegan mayo, potatoes, and sprouts. YUM!!!
