This is a fully vegan restaurant and non profit in Palm Beach! They are a dog and cat rescue shelter on top of a restaurant. My grandfather had this soup as a start which I tasted #forthereview. It was decent, although I prefer smooth soups to chunky ones. It had but chunks of potato in it, and definitely a good amount of leeks. Very warm and hearty, and a big portion for a small as well!
