Potato Croquette Burger

This humble potato croquette burger 🍔 was surprisingly good. Wanted to give it a try instead of the usual fancier flavours I go for. The potato patty is freshly deep fried so very crispy with some mixed veggies inside. The food is served pretty fast which is especially good when you don't have a lot of time.

Love the crispy patty on outside. Too many falling bits of mashed potato from the inside though

The patty had a nice crunchy texture with smooth potato filling that is well flavoured

The patty was a bit bland. I had added extra cheese, which tasted a little weird as well. All in all this was an okey-ish burger. I wish there were more veggie patty options. #burgers

A burger with potato croquette as the patty, along with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. This has a pleasant taste, soft on the inside crunchy on the outside patty and just enough mayonnaise to keep it moist. However, it had to be dipped in ketchup as the bun is slightly dry and large in proportion to the patty. The lettuce was haphazardly placed on top, not offering any real presentation quality. Bun was soft. #crf
