Poblano Taco

Rajas with crema, radishes. It’s really delicious. Soft shell. The smallest of the tacos there.

I love the idea behind this poblano taco, but I wish there was more flavor from the ingredients. Poblanos are awesome but not super flavorful, and this mound of melted cheese didn’t do much by way of flavor. I loved the pickled red onions and wished there were more of those! Maybe next time I’ll bring some hot sauce?
