Plant Based Vegetable Lasagna Bolognese

#veganoutreach Omg this place is amazing!! They’re a regional chain with a big dedicated vegan menu. Awesome service, drinks, wine list, and...food! The waitstaff was well trained on veganism. The lasagna was rich and filling with a fresh tasting tomato sauce. I don’t like lasagna drowning in vegan cheese. This one had just the right amount so you could still taste the veggies. You have to try this place.
