This bowl could serve as a breakfast or a dessert. It is radiantly pink and full of goodness. It comes like a thick, cold smoothie, but if you let it sit too long it gets a little watery (which tastes less cold and more like a drink that a smoothie). It is sweet with a little sourness, similar to dragon fruit taste. The fruit on top was super fresh and juicy. The almonds made a nice addition with the crunch and richness and nuttiness.
