Pinto Vegano

This is the vegan gallo pinto at the Stop Café near the gas station in La Garita. The pinto was nice and the mushrooms were very tasty. I think it’s missing more of a tiny salad instead of just tomatoes, but it’s alright. Alright price, nice taste, nice pinto. Would order again if I needed to stop by to eat really quickly.
