Pinchos No Pollo

Unos sabrosos pinchos de #nopollo muy bien especiados. #barvegano en el centro de #sevilla. No os lo podéis perder.

Presentation: austere. Flavour: incredible. I ordered these thinking I was going to get a kebab or two, but it was literally just two hunks of warm seitan on a plate. The taste though was amazing. They had been well marinated in some sort of curry marinade so they were just bursting with flavour. The texture was a little on the chewy side, so you have to cut it up first. I asked afterwards why no stick and they said it was to reduce waste, which I respect. I just wish they made it look as appetising as it tasted!
