Awesome vegan Ruben. The beets really hit the spot!

The Phoebe is similar to a reuben. I love the beets and sauerkraut on this sandwich, and it also comes with vegan cheese and 1000 island dressing.

You’ll definitely want to like beets if you order this, but it is delicious! The dressing and Chao cheese are a great touch, and it all went really well on the marble rye.

Vegan version of a rueben with smoked beets as the meat. I think it was too much beet for my liking but pretty good.
