Passion Fruit Cheesecake

This was the best vegan cheesecake i have ever had. The pumpkin pie was amazing too. Wow

I mean....vegan cheesecake! No weird aftertaste, no weird liquid cake implosions - it remained firm, with a lovely crumbly base, and the fruity cheesecake and topping was just a tropical symphony in your mouth. Such a fresh and fruity treat, so so good! 🍰🍰🥰😃
