Papas Nachos

Mis Tacones Nachos con Papas are just as wonderful as they sound. If classic corn chips are more your thing, you can choose chips instead of fries, but we were all about the papas! This dish includes refried beans, pico de gallo, cashew crema, and your choice of asada, pollo, or al pastor seitan.
