Palabok is a traditional rice noodle dish topped with a shrimp sauce that’s kind of like a tomato ragu. This vegan version was interesting, but to be honest, not our thing. Mild tomato flavour that went a bit weirdly with the rice noodles. The tofu fingers were so crunchy and delicious, very soft tofu in the middle and dipped in a ketchup and mayo mix. 255 pesos.
