Pagoda Roll

Just wow. @sueprozak took me to this incredible spot! We were taken to the side and were given such an intimate experience where we tried all of these #creative homemade sauces and then depending on what we liked, they suggested the roll we should get. This was UNREAL! JUST LOOK AT THE PRESENTATION! For these 2 massive rolls it was like $15 each. This was described as Vegetarian ham, cucumber, pickled carrots, lucky sauce. The vegetarian ham was one of the best things I have ever had. It was cassava root that was steamed in banana leaves. Incredible. I would strongly suggest you go here. Love how unique these #vegan rolls are. So filling and memorable.

The vegan sushi is always so fresh, creative and artisanal at Humble Lotus! The lovely @svraphael88 and I were treated to a #saucytasting experience before ordering! My fav was made with #coconutmilk, #pineapple and #scotchbonnet peppers. What makes this #Pagodaroll so spectacular is the #veganham which is a house secret and made off site where it’s wrapped in banana leaves to cure. Also contains #cucumber #pickledcarrots and #luckysauce At $13.99 for 12 large pieces it was well worth it!
