
Stir-fried rice noodles with a bit of shredded cabbage and seitan 'meat' (reminiscent of char siew, which seemed out of place). Unfortunately this was a plain, dry, and carb-heavy dish. Would have liked more vegetables like carrot and baby corn, as well as some tofu 'egg' and/or konjac 'prawn'. ($6)
Was excited for this because I’ve not had vegan Pad Thai in sg!! I liked that it wasn’t greasy, and there’s free flow crushed nuts and chili flakes on the table. If you can’t take spicy please don’t mix all the chili flakes in 😅 I think I’d prefer it just a bittt saucier. Portion is kinda on the small side, but not bad for $6. I’d eat this again but with half the chili flakes haha. If there are other good vegan Pad Thai please lemme know! #padthai
