Pad Thai

Such a good Pad Thai! Am is a really nice little restaurant with a pool, quite out of town in a not very touristy area.

You can order this without the egg to make it vegan. It’s a very large portion with a lot of veggies. It was quite tasty and filling, although the pad thai sauce didn’t taste authentic (and was very spicy!) but I really enjoyed this dish nonetheless. It’s nice they offer non-Vietnamese options.
