oyster mushrooms fritters

Battered and deep-fried oyster mushrooms, seasoned with salt and pepper plus chilli flakes if I wasn't mistaken. 🍄‍🟫🌶️ Taste was alright but the amount of flour was too much for my liking, would have preferred being able to enjoy the juiciness of the mushrooms. 🙈 ($5.80, allium-free) #sgvegan #vietnamese #womenowned #minorityowned #alliumfree

Not my favourite. A lil too salty and spicy. And too dry to my liking.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS 🍄 So tasty, slightly salty and peppery, bringing out the earthy mushroom tastes, dipped in delicious chilli sauce, oh what a banger of a side!! It was crispy, not too much batter, not exactly tempura-styled batter that is very light but it was not overly heavy nonetheless Mushrooms were perfectly cooked and tender inside after biting through the crispy fried coating I don’t give it any higher as it is something that has been done before in other stores, just that The Kind Bowl does is exceptionally well!

I give 5 stars for everything. First time I ever did for a dish. It is crispy and so palatable. Pure enjoyment to eat this with 🍲 pho. It wins my heart and stomach.

Yummy side dish. Comes with chilli 🌶️ flakes for that added kick
