Oshizushi Spicy “Salmon”

Amazing! Loved the level of spice and overall really impressive presentation.

Very tasty. Would eat again. $18 usd for 8 pieces seems steep though. Still good.

Pressed white rice, torched spicy "salmon," smoked pepper sauce, lime, wakame powder, scallions, black truffle caviar This dish was lovely to look at, unfortunately taste wise I found it to be too spicy which was a pity.
