Nom-lette

Another perfect brunch! A beautiful vegan omelette, served with a side of guacamole (I ordered an extra side of mushroom too). The omelette is very creamy and fluffy, filled with mushroom, greens, pesto, broccolini 🤤, and vegan cheddar cheese.
