
Doesn’t this just looks like Korean spicy chicken wings? Never tasted the real one before but this vegan version is so good. And it’s made out of my fave mushrooms toooo🤩
How did they do this?! This really has that bite and chew of chicken as well as the crispy skin and juicy interior sort of feel that people love about fried chicken, but without being as greasy or actually tasting too ‘meaty’ which I know is off-putting to some. I love how fresh the lettuce is too and using it as a wrap for the mushroom ‘chicken’ was a delight. Came with a side of pickled vegetables to add into the lettuce wrap too if you wanted. A must get if you’re coming to Well Loft!

great dish and really unique way of serving oyster mushrooms. we were advised to eat it wrapped in the lettuce and that paired with the pickled vegetables taste amazing. the mushrooms on its own are quite rich but i can imagine it’ll be great with a side of rice or some form of carbs.
the name is amazin’ and this dish was the star of the show for me— i loved putting my food together especially with the pickled bits in too. wrapping it up in a leaf made it feel extra ~*fresh*~ too.
