I don’t like carrots but I really enjoyed this dish! 🥕 We ordered every vegetable
tapas on the menu so I forgot what this was when it came, at first I thought it was beetroot then I thought it was asparagus but I was pleasantly surprised when my bf told me it was the carrots.
The sauce that it’s coated with is slightly sweet and the carrots were a perfect texture—not too raw and hard and not too soft and mushy. The sesame seeds went very well with this too.
