Mushroom Biryani

I very often buy breyani from the Constantia branch and order it hot, so I ordered this one hot too... But boy! My mouth was on 🔥 🔥 🔥... It took me a while to get through this dish with the heat being a lot stronger than I'm used to but flavourwise it's still proper Prashad. Lots more whole spices to navigate through too but I can't knock it except to say the mushrooms don't really play a role in this meal.

One of my absolute favourite go tos when I don't have a chance to cook. So delicious and satisfying. They also have other vegan options that I haven't yet
