Mushroom and Tumeric “Risotto”

Taste quite strongly of coriander. But as a coriander lover, im not complaining. The soy milk made it really nice and creamy BUT not gonna lie, was a but gelak at the end and struggled to finish a little.

Pretty tasty! Generous portion. The tumeric taste was not too overpowering.

Pleasantly surprised at how tasty this dish was. The capsicum was a nice texture and adds to the sweet taste. Glad we tried it.

What can I say, it's simply one of the best. And it's vegan. Try it if you haven't, and you shall not be disappointed. 👍
