Mushroom Adobada Tacos

I loved these tacos! I absolutely adore mushrooms and these had so much flavor. They had a rich chili taste that was fairly mild. These paired really nicely with a smoky-charred salsa from their salsa bar. Served with cilantro, cabbage & onions. I added the pickled onion garnish too as the raw onions with pretty mild and on the sweeter side. I ordered ‘to go’ but love the vibe in their dining area-great murals on the walls! Family owned and operated-really nice staff! Delicious food made from scratch. #tacos #vegantacos
