how there’s a whopping four dips served to you on a banana leaf, plus another small (& unfortunately disposable ><) bowl of liquidy dhal curry. The orangey dip is made from tomato, the green dip made from mint (which made it taste a lil’ like the Hakka thunder tea broth), and the mustard-looking dip is made from mint and other things I can’t quite make out.
