Mozzarella & Pesto Toastie

Lovely lunch dish! £7.50 for a tasty toastie & a generous salad on the side. The toastie was filled with vegan mozzarella, pesto, pine nuts and rocket and the salad was a good mix of different leaves, lentils and quinoa. Also had a oat mocha which was real good!
