Mother Earth Ensalada

YUMMY!!! Filled w so much goodness - portion was just right and right amount of dressing to vegetables ratio :)) Even my non-vegan friends loved it hehe #weeklywins

Another 5/5 dish. I love salads that are not completely raw! The mushrooms were beautifully caramelised, the kale was crunchy and the Chipotle dressing really hit the spot! This is a great value for money salad - it's healthy, delicious and really fills you up.
