Mock Mutton Masala

Soy-based mutton with potato in tasty masala. Quite a spicy kick to it but so delicious when paired with basmati rice from the vegetable biryani.

I have never tried mock mutton before this and this dish was impressive. Tasty without doubt. Not sure how the mock mutton cubes are made but they had a similar texture to well-cooked tender mutton. A lovely add-on to a vegan rice set.
