Mixed Mushroom Garlic Jasberry Bowl

this dish was super yummy and it had a lot of a "wok hey" taste! the rice was chewy and qq and there were chopped tomatoes and edamame I the rice itself. the pumpkin was so soft and the portobello was well done as well. the mushrooms had a very earthy rich taste and I loved this dish in general! Will definitely get it again 😍 #veganisnotscary
