Mixed Mushroom Fried Rice

The rice was really tasty, with a decent amount of veggies and mushrooms and a side of achar. It was my nephew’s dinner, and he enjoyed it, and gave me a bit of the rice to try☺️, as well as the achar as it was on the spicy side. Menu is very vegan-friendly, I think they don’t do alliums and eggs either. Also they were very sweet and helpful with our questions and requests. Tasted like the Chinese #friedrice type,very light but delicious. It’s just #shimeji #mushrooms tho,wish thr was more of it. But delicious nonetheless.
