Mexican Breakfast Crepe (with tofu)

surprisingly tasty! the tofu eggs were very well-executed, and the texture of the crepe was excellent. i think the dish got a bit soggy by the time i was finished, but i’m not sure if that was avoidable

This was so delicious! It’s slightly spicy so if you don’t like hot things maybe pick something more mild. Choose tofu (not egg) and it will be vegan. Anything on their menu can be made vegan by the way.
