Mediterranean Tofu Bruschetta

Choose this for the tofu and aubergine. The pear was very weird. Still enjoyable though, but wish I’d gotten a bowl or the burger instead.

Really enjoyed this. Only downside for me is that some parts were warm and some were cold so not sure if that is how it’s supposed to be served. But very tasty and will order again next time we visit. #pigsnpaws

Unreal flavours, texture and presentation! Portion was a tad small for an appetite like mine, but wow it was so tasty 🤩 best brunch I’ve had in ages. Tofu, aubergine, toasted peach, peppers and a chili sólo dressing topped with micro greens 🤤

Bruschetta with aubergine, red peppers, peaches (did not expect that flavour combo to taste so good!) and tofu. Excellent flavours, great service and beautiful setting. Mushroom plant based burger was also very scrummy as was the vegan victory cake and iced oat cappuccino. Really great selection of high quality vegan breakfast and lunch options.
