Mediterranean lasagne (raw)

Still one of my favourite dishes on the menu. I love it for the creaminess but light.

The dish was beautiful and very rich and flavourful. I had a little trouble finishing it as the tomato component was very intense, but thoroughly enjoyed it!

I love this dish, it’s the second time that I have had it now! It’s delicious!

Quite something! All raw ingredients, very bold and sharp!

This is the first time that I have had a raw lasagne. I thought it may not be filling but it certainly was! Absolutely delicious too and quite possibly my new favourite dish on the menu!
