Such a wonderful tasty salad, and I love that it isn’t based around lettuce! A teeny bit pricey but it’s a very big, filling portion. Oh and the dressing? WOW.
An absolutely delicious salad. Bursting with colour and flavour. Goes very well with the Vegan Bean Burger
