A regular sized matcha latte here is $5.20, plus the 50c vegan tax on milk took this up to $5.70. The fancy spoon was cool but you didn’t really need it as the froth was pretty much non-existent. The matcha powder they use here is 100% just pure Japanese matcha powder, then they add a little sugar syrup to it to sweeten it up a bit. Though it was perfectly blended it still kind of tasted … grainy? I’m not sure. A very average matcha with no latte art unfortunately.
