Creamy texture, not icy at all. Perfectly bittersweet with the Kyoto Uji matcha powder - neither overwhelmingly bitter nor cloyingly sweet. Good strong taste of matcha that was just the right level of bittersweet! It was really smooth too with no powdery texture, and the base didn't distract from the matcha flavour.
