The nut culture selection was not part of the vegan degustation menu (separate review), but
we could not get enough and ordered this too. It was so good. I really liked the spicy Jack. Served on the side: jam, pickled veg and sourdough. Mmm…bread…probably from Mother Dough as I read in Asia Tatler’s review of the Sourdough and Pesto dish.
