Magic Mushroom Pizza

The spicy roasted red pepper sauce gives each bite a little kick, and it is topped with vegan cheese, double mushrooms, tofu, spinach and chopped garlic. This is the thin crust version of this pie. PLP has a vegan section of the menu with 7 different vegan pizzas to choose from, as well as calzones, salads, sandwiches and munchies.

PLP never fails with the vegan options. Their cheese is so good I don't understand.
